We are looking for a very presentable sales manager with great communication skills. Your role will be to develop and grow the business by increasing sales and maintaining client portfolio.

Your responsibilities cover the whole sales process - everything from identifying the right prospects, booking meetings, running the deal from first meeting through to demonstration of the product, commercial negotiations to contract agreement. Project managing customer accounts from concept to delivery.

• Learning all there is to know about digital media, web and mobile web design solutions
• Sourcing prospects, cold calling and booking meetings with clients
• Running prospect meetings and managing sales process
• Presenting to both potential clients and senior management internally on a regular basis
• Writing proposals and commercial negotiations
• Content generation and development
• Developing relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
• Delivering growth and sales across client accounts by developing new business and managing existing client accounts
• Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy

• The successful candidate must be a self-starter with hunger for success, with the proven ability to reach and exceed sales targets. The position is field based - i.e going from company to company, where you will proactively seek out new business opportunities; and arranging appointments.
• Ability to learn quickly on the job and research new business opportunities
• You will need experience in meeting sales-targets, finding and qualifying leads over the phone, and winning new accounts through face-to-face meetings.
• Must be computer literate, able to work in a team and/or independently

• Excellent communication skills- written and verbal

• A degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2 years sales & marketing experience
• Good IT skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the web design and social media will be an advantage
• Must be below 28 years of age
